SSU student, ambassador of the European Student Think Tank in Ukraine Anastasiia Korotun won the scholarship of the Georgia Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development with Europe Council support and became a member of EuroDIG (European Dialogue on Internet Governance) project and YOUthDIG - event which was held the day before, organized especially for young people in Tbilisi, Georgia.

During the project student had a chance to communicate with representatives of such global organizations and companies as UN, Europe Council, Google Inc., ICANN, ISOC, EBU, European commission etc.

“EuroDIG is an open platform for holding comprehensive and informal discussions on public policy issues related to Internet governance. This forum makes the exchange of views and best practices possible. EuroDIG project became an accelerator for new partnerships and innovative solutions, and also for me personally the ground for learning something new that needs a lot of attention from humanity nowadays”,- Anastasiia shared her impression of the project.

EuroDIG became a point of heated discussions, polemical views collision and innovative ideas uprise. The subject of the counsel was cyber security, human rights online, digital and media competence, digital inclusion, online privacy etc.

European dialogue on Internet Governance (EuroDIG), created in 2008 by several organizations, government officials and experts, supports the dialogue and cooperation with public policy community in Internet.
