The Head of SSU Research Centre for Regional Security Mykola Nazarov took part in the International Autumn School of the Resilience League 2017 during October 1st-6th , 2017. This year's event has been held in Estonia and gathered 50 experts on security issues.

The primary objective of the Autumn School`s practical training sessions was experience exchanging between the experts from the NATO countries (viz. Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) and Ukraine on the subjects of understanding the situation in the information space, strengthening psychological and information sustainability, as well as the development of new methods of confrontation with hostile information operations and psychological actions of the enemy.

Mykola Nazarov lectured his colleagues about information security in Sumy region, and, also, presented the projects implemented by the Research Centre for Regional Security. The lecture raised a constructive discussion, as well as concrete proposals for cooperation with Estonian and Lithuanian negotiators.

As a result, the Research Centre for Regional Security of SSU has joined the International Platform of the Resilience League. As part of this programme, participants and young experts exchange experiences, get new hands-on knowledge and develop innovative methods for opposition to the hostile influence. This year, there are plans to hold joint projects on the topics of information and psychological security on the basis of SSU, as well as in Estonia.
