SSU signed an agreement with Goethe Institute
On June 26th Sumy State University and Goethe Institute Ukraine made an agreement of assigning “The SSU German center” a status of a language school. The event participants were: SSU Rector Anatoliy Vasylyev, director of Goethe Institute Ukraine Beate Koehler, commissioner for activity German centers in Ukraine Ruslan Ivanytskyi, SSU German center teachers, representatives of Sumy schools, where German is taught.

Sumy State University has strengthened its position in international ratings QS, Webometrics and Scimago Institutions Rankings
Shortly before completing of 2017-2018 academic year three more rating systems confirmed SSU strengthening position in world scientific and educational space.

On June 22nd the SSU Congress Center held a conference regarding strengthening positions of Sumy State University in terms of QS World University Ranking – international rating system, which is considered to be one of the most respected rankings in the world, “TOP-200 Ukraine” rating and other world and domestic ratings.
